Indulge in the serene experience of Yin Yoga from the comfort of your own home. I will compassionately guide you through a series of gentle yin poses, infused with mindfulness training. Each class offers a variety of postures and music, ranging from spiritually uplifting sessions to invigorating sequences accompanied by some of our favourite classic tunes. As you stretch and deepen your practice, you’ll emerge from each session feeling renewed and energized. Sweet Slumber
8:00 – 9:00 p.m.
This class includes gentle yoga postures with guided practice to bring mind and body to a calm and relaxed state for bedtime.


Thursdays
April 3, 10 and 24
