(except for yin oldies which offers a fun way to practice monthly) Mondays April 7 and 14 Tuesday, April 29th Sweet Slumber 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. This class includes gentle yoga postures with guided practice to bring mind and body to a calm and relaxed state for bedtime.
