Meditation & Mindfulness Course (on zoom)

Through meditation and mindfulness practices we learn to let go of burdens in the mind and to
develop peace, compassion and equanimity. During these classes, Karen will share with you the
lessons that she has learned during her studies and trips to Thailand. Learn the basic principles of
meditation in order to live with less stress and more inner peace.

This four-part course will include the following:

  • How to meditate effectively and establish a daily practice.
  • The Four Foundations of Mindfulness.
  • Overcoming the three poisons of the mind.
  • How to practice Metta Meditation (loving kindness)
