Beginner Meditation & Mindfulness Course (on zoom)
LEARN TO MEDITATE LIKE A MONK
Through meditation and mindfulness practices we learn to let go of burdens in the mind and to
develop peace, compassion and equanimity. During these classes, Karen will share with you the
lessons that she has learned during her studies and trips to Thailand. Learn thebasic principles of
meditation in order to live with less stress and more inner peace.
This five-part course will include the following:
- How to meditate effectively and establish a daily practice.
- The Four Foundations of Mindfulness.
- Overcoming the three poisons of the mind.
- How to practice Metta Meditation (loving kindness)
