Mindfulness is the practice of becoming acquainted with one’s own mind. It is knowing what is arising in the mind at any given time. As the mind becomes stronger through the practice of meditation, awareness is developed, which can lead to a decrease in stress, anxiety and suffering.

Yin Yoga is a gentle form of yoga and consists of postures that are mainly practiced seated or lying on the floor. Through the long holds of each posture, the practitioner accesses the connective tissues and fascia. This creates flexibility, mobility and energy within the body.
